Z-STEEPLECHASE* is an algorithmic chess problem with a positional exchange of two opposite squads, consisting of 3 chess knights each. The puzzle resembles the famous Six Knights Guarini's Problem - the 3x4 b board with 3 chess knights places at the top row and the 3 chess knights - at the bottom one.
The two cut-out cells on the opposite vertical edges, carving the board into a stylized Z letter as a result, makes the difference! Those two cells removed prevent some moves from being made and thus, lead a harder challenge as a result.
14 moves are announced for this chess problem. Can you find your pathway to fit within that number?
